All our products are covered by a three-year warranty.

The warranty covers maintenance in the case of minor malfunctions and product replacement in the case of a manufacturing defect.

The warranty does not cover the misuses described below:

If the operating pressure is higher than the design pressure (2 bar).

The grounding must be connected to the heater body to avoid any injury resulting from an electrical leak from the heating element.

The company assumes no legal liability for any injury resulting from a failed grounding wire.

If the heater is not properly connected to the electricity.

If the heater is placed outdoors without a roof.

If the hot water vent valve or pipe is not connected.
